Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include original tags and accessories where applicable
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or visible signs of wear
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned outside the approved return period

Certain intimate or personal-use items may also be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent due to our error

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Orders refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping and handling fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Bellsbaby is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Returns are typically inspected within 5 business days after arrival at our returns facility.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds may be reduced or denied if delivery failure was caused by incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages

If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer guaranteed direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can review and assist you as quickly as possible.

We will work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
